Mountbatten Centre Flood Lights Update

Floodlight update. We have taken delivery of portable lights that may allow our throwers to continue using the Mountbatten Centre. I say 'may' as we've yet to test them, but Parkwood management are happy with the lights. Their electrician, Sid, will give the lights the once over, but as brand new, fresh from the box lights I can't see any problems. I hope we may be able to test them on Wednesday 21st.

We have... provisionally booked the Victory Stadium, Burnaby Road, from first week of October for our track runners.
We are looking at a couple of options for floodlit grassed areas but these are dependant on the goodwill of third parties.
The cyclist are working on a much grander scheme, which has our full support and backing. It is a long shot but given PCC refusal to assist or even communicate with either us or the cyclists, long shots are all we are left with.
