James Nowak wins National Triathlon title

Many of our older members will remember James Nowak, one of the most prolific multi-eventers in the club's history. His talent extended to many athletic disciples and to many sports beyond athletics. 30 years after winning the National Triathlon title, James returned last month to win the M60 title in the Sprint triathlon comprising of a 750m swim, 27,5k cycle and 5k run in an overall time of 1hr 14min & 2sec, 1 min 50 sec ahead of the second-placed competitor
