Hampshire Sportshall League, match two details

Sportshall League Match 2
Sunday 10th November 2019 09.00-15.00 Eastleigh Places Leisure
The second match of the series is fast approaching, same place and time as the first match but slightly different time table. The first event is at 10:00, so can we meet before 9:30 in the sports hall, so that money can be collected, numbers issued, familiarise yourselves with lay out, find the cafe, toilets etc.
Please forward names of those that want to compete, even if you’ve already told me you are already attending.
Venue: Places Leisure Center, Passfield Avenue, Eastleigh, SO50 9NL
I will have some copies of the timetable but if you can print off a copy yourself that would help.

Each club has to officiate an event and I will need parental help with this. Much better if I have names in advance rather than have to cajole individuals on the day .
There is a charge to enter, £4 for each athlete last year.
Please be aware it is very noisy, and at times appears like organised chaos, but it is organised. The lead officials are all qualified UK Athletics officials, though mums and dads are pressed into service to assist in the field events. I will be asking for volunteers prior to each match. (Please note those of you taking the officials course on November 3rd at the Mountbatten Centre you can officiate at Sportshall events and it will count towards your record of experience).
All athletes have a chance to be selected to represent their county in the regional finals, early in the new year. Some may even go on to the national finals.
