Designed to acknowledge our most talented athletes.

entry level is U17 with the top year U15 ranking to qualify them as they turn U17.
entry level includes National Champions, should they not be top, 5 Power of 10 ranked.
entry places are available where a panel of the committee determines there is sufficient reason for inclusion even if the criteria have not been fully met.

All Elite Squad athletes will be asked to carry out the following:

Compete in a minimum of 4 league meetings per year plus regional and national finals in whatever age group you are in.
Be available for all PR related advertising and appearances as required
To wear club apparel and or PES clothing and use PES provided equipment at all competitions entered by the club, or requested by the club unless rules or regulations prevent.
To thoughtfully promote COPAC at all Open Meetings and opportunities, by wearing PES apparel as possible
To conduct yourself in a professional and pro COPAC manner at every opportunity.
To show professionalism and respect to all athletes in the club, team managers and officials.
